What It Means to Be a Verified Member of Bruce
Anyone can say they're a real estate professional. Bruce verifies it — license, category, role — so when an intro lands in your inbox, you know exactly who you're dealing with.
Anyone can say they're a real estate professional. Bruce verifies it.
Every member of Bruce goes through a verification process before they join. You have to be one of the four roles at the center of real estate transactions — agent, mortgage professional, title and escrow officer, or insurance agent. And you have to prove it. License number, company, category. If you're not in one of the four, you're on the waitlist.
This matters for one reason: trust.
When you receive an intro from someone on Bruce, you know they're a real, licensed professional in a relevant field. When you see a Bruce Card, you know the stats are real — pulled from actual logged deals, not self-reported. When someone introduces a client to you, you know they have skin in the game.
The Bruce network is intentionally small and intentionally specific. It's not a directory. It's not a database. It's a network of professionals who've been verified, who've logged their work, and who've built a track record you can see.
The Founding Member badge means something beyond verification. It marks the professionals who built this network in its early days — before the platform was established, before the audience was there. They took the time to log their deals, make their intros, and show what the platform could be.
Their cards show it. Their rank reflects it. And when the platform grows, they'll be the ones at the top.
